Founded by two visionary minority women, Shana and Jamelia, Rocket City Innovator was born from a deep desire to help others turn their aspirations into reality, allowing them to live life on their terms. Our tagline, "Innovating businesses, one dream at a time," encapsulates our dedication to fostering innovation and supporting individuals in their entrepreneurial journeys.
Our non-profit contributes to building a culture of entrepreneurship in Huntsville. This culture can have a ripple effect, encouraging future generations to embrace innovation and take risks. By fostering connections between participants, mentors, local businesses, and the community at large, the programs create a supportive network that can have long-lasting positive effects.

Rocket City Innovator is proud to partner with the Frank J Williams Foundation to bring to you the Frank J. Williams Dream Tank.
The Frank J Williams Dream Tank is the culminating event of RCI's Business Accelerator Program. Entrepreneurs who successfully complete required workshops and undergo a thorough vetting process will have the opportunity to pitch their startups to potential investors. This platform allows them to showcase their innovative ideas, business plans, and growth potential, attracting the necessary capital to fuel their ventures.
